OS X App Menu Button
Similar to the Windows version being minimised to the system tray, the OS X app could be minimised to the menu bar without using up space on the dock and window being open in the background.
It could offer shortcuts to the various pages of the app (App Setup, Exporting, Backup), a line for the last sync with the TSM servers and a donate button. A toast notification for data updates would be useful too.
Planned for future update.
When minimized on a Mac, have it go to the menu bar at the top rather than the dock. Currently, the TSM application appears twice while open: once as the icon in the dock and another as a window preview in the open applications section of the dock. Checking or unchecking the "minimize to system tray" option does not seem to change this. Would much prefer this app to stay in my menu bar at the top since I rarely "open" it but need it to run in the background almost all the time. Thank you!

I'd love to also see the option to take the app from the dock and place it in the system tray. In a sense, it's just mainly driving my OCD insane to have it on the dock 24/7.
I've researched what I could find on my end, found that editing the App's .plist file would allow me to hide the TSM app from the dock altogether (making it invisible, running in background) but having to manually kill the application to restart it can be tedious at times.
