Reset Scan - Adding Max Average Cost Per Item
The most important factor when doing resets is how much I am paying over the crafting cost of each individual item on average, that's the value I want to control, and Max Average Cost per Item would allow me to set something like crafting+20g.
I know that Max Cost Per Item exists, but I if I set it to crafting+20g I'll miss out on good opportunities where I'd only have to buy say 50 gems at crafting+5g and only a few at crafting+30g or more. If I set it higher a lot of non-viable resets pop up too, and I have to go though all of them individually dividing the amount needed to buy by the total cost comparing that to the crafting cost.
This feature could replace Max Reset Cost, since we can already set Max Quantity to Buy, and that combined with the new Max Average Cost Per Item function would still let us configure our total Max Reset Cost, since Max Quantity * Max Average = Max Reset Cost anyway, functionality is not lost.
I think this would be really simple to implement, since Reset scan already gathers all the data needed to calculate this value, but it would be really useful in my opinion.
Closing due to a lack of votes. The reset scan isn’t a very highly-used feature so isn’t worth much further development time.
*dividing the total rest cost by the number of items im buying for the reset - not the other way around as I incorrectly wrote in the original post.
