You cannot make a search in the ah or post anything if there is a post scan already in progress.

The ability to post a quick item or 2 before a lengthy 5 min+ post scan has completed.

We would not be bothered by the "Scan Blocked" popup anymore, this is a quality of life feature that wouldn't need much from user to make use of. Having a pause button to halt a post scan underway manually for any other reason would be smart as well.
