Filter out items from Destroying if their vendor price is over a player designated amount
Basically, I would like to be able to set a new filter to the Destroying addon. Right now you have the ability to filter out any item whose "disenchant value" is above a custom amount.
However I would like to see an option to filter out items whose "vendor value" is above a "custom" amount.
I have 3 pieces of gear from Ulduar.
their vendor prices are 12g, 18g, 24g.
I have determined that I would rather break down anything that has a vendor price under 20g.
With this feature I would be able to set the custom price to 20g and only the 12g and 18g items would show up in the Destroying window.
The main reason I want this filter added is because I use abyss shatter to obtain uncommon mats from abyss crystals for profit, and I have determined that on my server there is an average price per abyss crystal that I should be shooting for. however many items can be sold to a vendor for more than they can be disenchanted for. and the Above vendor Sell price option that you currently have in place does not allow me to account for the second step of breaking down my materials.
an even more advanced feature for this would be able to set custom iLVL ranges for this filter.
Example lets say I have a bag filled with gear from cata dungeons and WotLK dungeons. I would have different price ranges for both of these. so i could set a Custom vendor price for all items that have an iLvL with in the WotLK range and a price range for all items Within the Cata range.
realistically I would probably just vendor any thing from the Cata expansion do to the oversaturation of the market but the option would still be made available.
Isn't this how it works now? Also, doing this wastes gold. If the vendor value is higher (say it d/es to 5g, but vendors for 8g) why would you want to d/e it? That's literally pissing gold away. Your d/e mats will be valued (whether you sell them or not) less than the raw gold you would have had. You could then turn around and immediately buy the 5g worth of mats and pocket the 3g as straight profit.
